‘Globally@Home' is a major new resource for those serious about surviving with impact in a foreign culture, whether at home or abroad.  It employs a “non-directive” approach to training, available either via e-mail subscription or an online e-learning course, allowing for worldwide distribution.  The course structure encourages experiential learning, as the content is drip-fed, subscribers receiving one or two topics per week for one or two years, or learning at their own pace online.  A forum allows online  subscribers to interact with others in similar situations and online counselling is planned for those requesting more help.  Subscribers with limited internet access can order the complete course on CD.

Janz Team International plans to train licensed G@H Workshop Leaders qualified to deliver the series in a variety of contexts.  Some tentmakers may be interested in investigating this as an addition to their CV opening doors in difficult-access countries.
